This little home gym keeps me strong at 64, and it all started for under $300. In this video, I give you a full tour of my 11×10 basement utility-room gym, showing exactly how I built it out, what equipment I chose (and why), and what I wish I had done differently from the beginning.

 I walk through the exact equipment I use each week to stay strong at 64, including:
