Think You Need TRT After 60?
Do This First
Eight years ago, cancer treatment drove my testosterone to zero. Today at 65, it’s back in the normal range, without TRT.

If you’re over 60 and feeling more tired, weaker, and softer around the middle, it’s natural to wonder if low testosterone is the problem, and whether TRT is the answer. Maybe it is. But for most men, everyday habits are doing more damage than age, and those habits can be fixed. I know what low testosterone feels like. During prostate cancer treatment, a drug shut mine down completely for eight months. I rebuilt from there using the same five habits I cover in this video.
The five things to fix first:
1. Lose Belly Fat
2. Strength Train
3. Protect Your Sleep
4. Eat Enough Protein
5. Watch the Alcohol
I’m not against TRT. For men with confirmed low testosterone, it can be life-changing. But it’s a medical treatment, not a shortcut around bad habits. Fix these five first, then get properly tested if you still feel off.
